This is pretty interesting https://www.carkeys.co.uk/news/five-of-the-closest-ever-race-finishes?76542rH

Denny Hamlin's win at the Daytona 500 race though was ridiculously impressive, 0.011 seconds! Seriously?!

Trying to find more close incredible race finishes now :D  Anyone got any suggestions?

2002 US Grand Prix was 0.011 seconds too and there is an old Italian GP that was 0.01 seconds too.

Some BTCC races must be close to that too.
Perhaps some Moto3 races as well maybe?
I know that a 125cc GP race between Terol and Zarco a few years ago was a complete dead heat. Race was decided by who set the faster lap. Think it was the German round

Edit - It wasn't Terol, was his team mate Faubel http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/motogp/14177362
