Dirt Rally fov and hands/wheel off option on PS4?

Recommended Posts

Sorry if this has been asked before, but will the option to change fov and remove hands and steering wheel be available on the PS4. This is a big deal for me as I have a sim setup and I like to set a realistic fov and remove the steering wheel so that all I see is the gauges and the dash, A-pillar and wing mirrors.

Cheers.

Please please please give us ps4 users the fov slider, I don't mind giving in on a couple of fps. But let us have the super fov experience. .. pretty please? Everything else is awesome, job well done codes.  Very well.  Thanks so much, but the fov... that would be the cake under the cherry.

Lot of options but no fov slider-setting. Moving the seat around isn't enough whilst playing on 120 inch screen (3m diagonal ) with your racing rig just in front of it. A lot of ps4 users have this kind of setup since project cars introduced us to sim racing. Please let us enjoy the game to its fullest since the right fov makes a LOT of difference.

Hi Austin, I guess your advice is understandable for normal people but I am kinda weird nerdish and just look at it....... isn't it something else.

Above is pcars with the fov adjusted.
This is Dirt Rally so far. Really great, don't get me wrong, just... not as immersive as it could be.( And pc version has the option.)

My rig sits right in front of a 92" TV so there are a lot of us that are in a similar situation. In pcars I took out arms and wheel.. but after awhile I went back to it. I think I just got used to seeing it that way. I would like the option on the PS4 too though
