Freedom in the pitlane is no.1 priority for me. Would make pitstops a lot more interesting. And makes free practices more useful, as you need to try to find the perfect time to brake to slow down enough for the pitlane speed limit.

I would also really love reconnaisance laps. In real life when the pitlane opens most drivers do 2 or 3 laps to gauge conditions, and then drive to the grid. The game should mirror this to allow us to do some laps and come strait back in, or drive up to the back of the grid and then see a cinematic or animation of being pushed to the gridspot.

Of course you do need to be out before the pitlane closes 15 minutes before the start of the race. Failure to be out means starting from the pitlane. Starting from the pitlane should also be a punishment for changing setup after qualy start or dangerous driving during free practice.

All the other manual stuff I would welcome as well. But with the option to skip. We had formation laps in F1CE, and after about 3 races I skipped it from then on, way to boring for repeated use (for me). Victory lap for me only matters when I finish in top 3, lower down I don't feel it adds much (also depends on which team: in a Manor P8 is worth a victory lap. In a Ferrari P4 wouldn't be worth celebrating).

Cool down lap is realistic because the Race gets an realistic end... Its cool for Atmosphere when you Drive yourself back to the pits

I'm not talking about it being realistic or not. Of course a cool down lap is realistic, but the poll talks about a victory celebration in the cool down lap. This would only be relevant if there's something to celebrate. I would probably skip a cool down lap if pressed for time or having had a disappointing race.

Anyway, any feature that adds to realism is welcome. But some features you might want to skip occasionally or often depending on what you prefer and how much time you have available.

These only, aka, the driving parts:

Formation Lap
Start Race
Pit lane
When Safety Car in track
Yes, this is the main. Victory celebration for me, can take a feel of Euphoria after much laps fighting. One way to unload the thrill of victory. In any game you want to see something  in the final. Like a short story in adventure games.

And Paddock can be better to more interactive game, even in Online, the players can greet and discuss before the race even see the conditions, forecasts for the track, receive team instructions, make adjustments to the car and everything else about F1. At my view.

Paddock- Not really sure what you mean by this. If you mean the like how the menu was in 2010 and 2011 then sure. If you mean literally walking around then no, not really. Can't see how it would have any meaningful impact worthy of the amount of time it would take to implement.
Formation lap- Yes.
Start- Assuming you mean manual start. If so, yes.
Pit lane- Yes although I can see the reason for this being limited. (You just know there is one person who will find it infinitely hillarious to drive into pit crews and/or other drivers boxes. I'd limit this to single player and private lobbies only...
Behind safety car- Yes. Especially with the regulation where we have to go a certain speed. That should be down to the player whether we get a penalty for going too quick behind it. Same goes for VSC if it's added.
Celebration lap- Would I want it personally? Not really, unless it had some impact on the game. As in, your car doesn't weigh enough because you used all your fuel and you didn't pick enough marbles up then there's a risk of DQ. (Optional of course) Otherwise, would it make a nice little extra? Well obviously, but so would a lot of things.

Pitstops what we had in 2010 is absolutely vital why we havn't have had this in other F1 games is beyond me

Paddock, I speak about interact before the race, of some way. For example: In Online, the players can greet and discuss before the race even see the conditions, forecasts for the track, receive team instructions, make adjustments to the car and everything else about F1. Codemasters can found the better way to do this. The driver is very limited before enter in track in previous games. Maybe the word correct no is "Paddock", but Internment before the race , which directly influence in the track.
(Walk in Paddock just
to make charm, it would be bored...)

I no say "celebration lap", no necessarily a complete lap to celebrate, but the player could make a spin (O) with car after race, more scenes (differents) in victorys. Each pilot with your characteristics. Right?

It should be pretty easy to make the crew and other cars intangeble in the pitlane. So that if you try to ram them you just phase right through them (and possibly are disqualified or handed a penalty for unsafe release). Imho a game features shouldn't be decided by a few people who think they are driving Carmageddon instead of F1.

Btw, with intangeble I don't mean ghosting (I hate it when other cars become see-through (transparent). They should remain solid but you are just unable to hit them.
