BEFORE YOU POST ABOUT THE MOTION BLUR PROBLEM:

Everyone on PC is having this problem. It has been reported multiple times on every page of this thread. The devs read these forums so chances are they probably know about it by now.

Until the devs take care of it you can temporarily disable motion blur by setting the "Shader Quality" to Low. It does not appear to have any negative impact on the visuals besides disabling motion blur and depth of field.

I found a bug on my digital copy on ps4. Pretty much makes the rallying portion of the game unplayable. It let's me race the first 2 career races and when I go to start the third race it won't let me start the race. No matter what I do the car just sits there. So I reset it and go back in to see if that helps and it does the same thing.
It's a blast to play when it works, but this is very
frustrating after I have deleted and installed the game twice now with the same problem.

Sounds like it hasn't installed the full game, like you only have the preview completed or something.

1. When driving fast on ps4 and use right stick to move camera it lags. 2. Another is windshield wipers automatically wipe randomly. 3.  Everytime i roll the car it lands on all 4 every time.

Seem to have an issue with the Fanatec Sequential shifter on Xbox One. The H Pattern works fine but when I change to Sequential the game does not shift. I have checked other titles and all is fine. Can you please look at this.I have tried every combination of shifter option and yet not luck with the Sequential.

Might have been mentioned, sorry no time to read every post.  I run all settings Ultra at 4k resolution and drive from Bonnet or Hood view.  The textures on the bonnet swap between being in focus to blurry - this happens multiple times when racing and is very distracting.  Anyone else seeing this ?  Running a 980ti with latest Nvidia drivers.

I have a pretty old bug. I thought I'd wait untill the full release for you to fix it but I'll bring it up now.
In the driverprofile screed you can input Your first and last name. But for some reason the Norwegian alphabet is incomplete, because the Ø key is not registrering. At first I thought it was only limited to the english alphabet but I could write both Æ and Å with no problem. I have tried different keyboards and the problem presists.
Also the ö is kinda bugged

have the same issue with logitech g27. all works fine, but rallycross is undriveable und i fear to damage the wheel. huge rumbling and clipping. apparently, this bug concerns all kind of logitech wheels.  have a look here:

before version 1.1, this bug did not exist. please fix this.

Very same hereon PC, even with logitech software updated to last version.
I have the following inputs:
- DSD button box
- Fanatec shifter 1.5sq
- Fanatec handbrake
- Logitech G27
Tried all combinations (G27 alone or with some of the other inputs, with old or new Logitech drivers, tweaking ffb settings...) and always get the same results as described: Works fine in rally / hillclimb, but in rx huge rambling / vibrating in wheel as if trying to self destruct.

Dirt Rally PS4 Help!! When I go to custom event "rally," select start, the car goes to the start line and that's it no countdown, steering, throttle, gear shifts just sits there idling I can change views look around. Thought it might be G29 issue but same with controller. Hillclimb & Rallycross no problems. Had game 2 days, updated it was actually working initially then started playing up so delated it started over ok again for a few rallies now playing up again has anyone had similar problem? can any one help

[Xbox Issue]

Hi there, 

Yesterday I completed the Hillclimb Daily and was happy to have ended up in the Top Tier.

When collecting my rewards today however, I noticed that "The Only Way Is Up" Achievement did not unlock, but instead progressed to 2%.

Looking at TrueAchievements it seems I'm not the only player to experience this.







Hopefully this gets fixed in the next update, I'd rather not have to finish in Top Tier of 50 Hillclimb Daily events

You have to hold the handbrake to start, it sounds like you need to check the 'key' is bound.

Leaderboards doesn't show friends(pressing X) time even though they have time there? Sometimes it shows, more times not. Anyone else seeing this?

(Xbox One) 1.. The "find me" option to scan the leaderboards doesn't work. 2.. This only seems to happen in Sweden. When crossing the line to end a stage the game has an occasional habit of not detecting you have finished the race - instead just throwing you into a continuous time penalty loop until you give up and retire. I managed to capture this on video if it helps. 3.. I know it's been spoken about a lot but there seems to be an issue with the AI times through the various skill levels. I've just started racing the 2010 cars and although I have only unlocked difficulty as far as elite, the 1st place times achieved by the AI are almost identical across the entire skill setting range. One prime example was Pant Mawr reverse (Wales) (morning/overcast) where the clubman time achieved by the AI was 2m 59s and the elite time being 2.57s on the same stage.. I'm perfectly fine with an extreme difficulty settings but the big problem is that in order to beat either of these times I actually have to achieve a top 3 time on the world leaderboards. I'm finding that on the bulk of the rallies the only way to win (even on the easiest settings) is to hope that one of my rivals has an accident or loses time through breakdown. I don't know, maybe it's supposed to be like this whereby the AI is graded on the amount of mistakes they make over the course of a rally as opposed to the individual times set.

Issue 1: Created a private online race lobby for Rallycross. Sent a friend an invite. After his game attempts to load the lobby he gets - "Unable to connect. Please Sign into Xbox live."

There are 3 of us who play. At first friend A and myself could connect and play. When friend B tried to join he got that error. Each of us tried setting up the lobby. No one could connect to friend B. Only I could connect to friend A. Last night friend A could not connect to me or vice versa. Friend B still can't connect to anyone. When any of us try to connect to the person with the error, we then get the same error.

All 3 of us have open NATS, Xbox Live accounts current and in good standing. Friend B replaced his router with a spare more consumer grade router as a test. Still no go.

Issue 2: All cars in a Rallycross Custom Event showed major graphical errors. Hard to describe but looks like a vertex from a triangular polygon pulled out to infinity. Each car has at least one on them.

Situation: I had been running full Rallycross events all day. 4 heats 4 laps, Semi 6 laps and Main 6 laps. I ran one after the other to level up my car and crew. I was just about to call it a day and run one more event. At first I noticed my car's visual condition would not repair. It showed damage that it did not take. After a few more heats is when I seen all cars with the visual errors. All cars ran as if everything was normal.

My guess is that my Xbox was over heating. It's sitting in the open with plenty of ventilation. It felt really warm. Everything was fine the next day.
