No slider for PS4 wheel setup?

Recommended Posts

I made a thread in the general discussion area by accident, sorry new to the forums.

I've tried twice now with deleting and reinstalling the game with no such luck of having a slider for my wheel setup/calibration.

I have went into controls, and then advanced settings but all I get are sliders for the steering linearity etc.

Thanks for any insight, really looking to play this on my wheel.

This is what I'm seeing. I've searched and searched.

I can't help you with the slider issue, but you get pictures to work by uploading them to imgur and clicking on the thing that looks ike a page of paper with a folded corner and pasting the imgur  link in there.

Thank you.

It's weird, I'm on my third install and it's still not there.

I'd really like to figure it. I've hit every single option I feel like. It's hard to play with a controller when you know the wheel is compatible.

I swapped it over to project cars and everything is working fine.

Thanks

What kind of sliders are you looking for? Force feedback sliders are in different menu that you access before the screen in your picture.

I'm looking for sliders to calibrate and or setup my wheel. There is no option for any wheel that I can find.

Just a controller. Generally from what I've seen on PC users you go to controls, advanced options and scroll down to select the wheel you have. In my case I have nothing.

I'm using a Fanatec GT2 wheel with clubsport pedals.

Im aware of the force feedback sliders, that's not what I'm after. I need the game to recognize my wheel. I don't know how else to explain it. :who knows:

I've a Fanatec 911 Gt2 and in the screen you pictured scroll down below clutch deadzone and there is 2 or 3 more sliders and calibrate wheel there . I have been using my wheel happily but never seen the game show that i was using a GT2 .
Going back a page from your pic there is a option to select a brand for something (cant remember) . There were 3or 4 options i obviously selected Fanatec . Hope this helps .

I definitely appreciate the help, but there are no more sliders with those options. I will get my gopro out and send a video later tonight.

I've been on sim racing for 6 or 7 years so I feel I have a good idea of where things should be. There is simply no option below the deadline/saturation settings. Not one option for a wheel choice.

I'll have a YouTube link tonight if you guys don't mind to keep an eye on this thread.

I thought I had pictures of the other two options when I slid it all the way down but they have nothing to do with a wheel selection, as I said above.

Also note I have deleted and re installed the game 4 times now.

I have same problem. Under options & extras / controls/ choose preset : the only options are 1) dualshock4 wireless controller 2) Playstation vita system.
I have same wheel and it works on project cars. Have tried multiple USB ports and it is still not sensing the wheel.
