[BUG REPORT] PS4 - AI driver model appearing outside the car

This happened on PS4 version.

In rallycross norway the ai driver model appeared to be on the roof of the car for few laps and then went back to normal. This didn't show up on replay. Here is a video of it:

Before this happened I had driven the same track many times with the same car and I had been playing for few hours. 

About 15 minutes before this when I crossed the finish line the music played slowly and disturbed and the button info thing on the bottom left were blurry and shook. This fixed by continuing by pressing X.
