RevolvingPrawn 1 Posted July 6, 2014 To be fair, the trophies looked rubbish. Not a fan of them looking like a sponsors logo. The trophies for the Australian GP are the best ones.

Lukedfrt 91 Posted July 6, 2014 Funny seeing the Vettel & Alonso interviews after the race, they both had a massive grin when talking about the radio messages. :P

Doesn't mean he hit the 15K RPM limit, some teams drop the engines down a bit. The onboard graphic went off before he got stuck in 5th.

Red Bull still look pretty strong but I'd like to think Williams are a little faster than them. Gonna have to wait a few races though and see if they can keep this up before saying for sure. KRTheIceman 0 Posted July 6, 2014 They have been fast all year, but they have finally gotten over the tyre issues.
AMSKRR 3 Posted July 6, 2014 Whoever decides Vettel's tyre strategy needs to be fired immediately.Great race though, the Alonso-Vettel battle without the complaining was good, didn't even realise they'd be complaining until I watched some stuff on Sky. The noise the fans made when Hamilton came round the last corner was insane, great atmosphere, and it was nice to see Lewis win, even though I am not his biggest fan. Interesting you say that about the noise. I've watched the 2008 race and you could hear the noise over the loud V8s, yet this time the crowd could be heard over the V6s just as much. As the V6s are quieter, the crowd weren't as loud :(
