Dirt Rally Car Setup

I have been playing around with the game on my PS4 for a few days now, and I have tried tweaking some of the setups without much success.  I checked out the steam community and under the workshops menu they have setups for every car under any conditions, exactly what I am looking for.  However, since I only own the game on PS4 I am not able to download these files into my game, and not many of the posts have a picture of what was adjusted.  Is there anyway to see what changes were made so I can manually adjust them in my game, or is there a list somewhere else that I can use?

So if I purchase this game on steam I have access to every possible setup imaginable, but if I purchase on console...  Seems odd to me that there is no way to access/view what changes people have made without downloading the file.  Guess I have to decide if it is worth another $70 to gain access to every setup.  Might be, since I don't have time to figure these out on my own.  I am having a hard enough time figuring out how to drive a rally car, never mind figuring out how to change settings that I have never heard of before.

Dont waste the money. Learn, nothing it better than knowledge. Ill take the 70$ or im sure other people will  just for a car setup? You dont need a super setup unless your top 1000 in the game. I suggest going to practice and tune everything yourself and learn what does what its not too hard. Plus this game takes practice its not a fullthrottle 24/7 racegame.

Just my opinion, but it seems unfair that PC users have access to this info and I don't.  This info could decrease the learning curve and make this game more accessible for everyone.  Consider this thread closed, sorry for double posting,  I will just figure the game out on my own.
