VR support Will it be re-enabled?

I love this game, but havent been able to play since the VR support was removed / broken.  Is this something that will be fixed soon?    If not, are there any other rally games that are simlike and have VR support

Well at least I know I will be able to play again soon, hope its sooner than later.  I have a small crappy monitor, awesome PC, and a DK2.  I play almost all VR games now.

Platform independent VR support.  Not trying to be an oculus elitist, sorry.  Its the headset I have so that was the focus of my post

"we never officially Occulus but we made it work" ... that is very odd as when I purchased via early access it clearly stated on the Steam page "VR Support" and I know I was not the only customer at that time that bought in only because VR was supported.  Sounds like Paul must not have known this.  I am sure it will get updated for support at some point but some honesty about it would be appreciated.

Yep I got the game because it worked in VR.  It is currently unplayable to me and hasn't been touched since it was broken with the new update.

Is there any way to go back to the older version?  I'm DYING to play, but cant till VR is fixed

I got this game because it worked in VR,  now since version 1.1 they broke oculus 0.8 support that was working pretty good and plan on adding support for  oculus version 1.3+  I don't play this game without HMD, there is just no going back to a monitor after VR..  FIX IT!!

I just purchased a HTC Vive, any chance this will be supported any time soon?

Without VR support Dirt Rally is unusable. I only bought it because of VR support listed on steam.

Fix the game please, its been a very long time since I was able to play this awesome game

We've not made any announcements on this yet, which is why you've not heard anything! As Paul's mentioned (and as we've shown at E3), official Oculus support is coming - but with regards to other VR platforms, it's not something we can comment on yet.

Please, please please support the HTV VIVE ... I am a loyal supporter of all Dirt games right back from day one .. including the early release of this, the Vive is the best VR platform out there right now. Please please please support it, I dont want my Rally career cut short because of technical difficulties

I have a Vive also, but still have my DK2.  I would rather proper support on the Vive, but will take any VR I can get.  Its has been a LONG time since I was able to play this game, and I'm dying to play again.
