Those of you experiencing issues with your Thrustmaster wheels after the update, please don't worry - we're aware of this problem, and are looking into a fix ASAP.
The same story as we've heard for the last few days. How about some idea of a time frame? Hours? Days? Weeks? The game is unplayable for me and all the other Thrustmaster owners. Any longer than a day or so is really not good news, especially as there was nothing wrong with the code before the patch! IMO we should either have a hot fix today or simply have the patch rolled back until the issue is fixed properly.

We're still not at a point where we can be confident of sharing a time frame - but as soon as we have any more info on this, I'll share it.

Then why not roll back to the previous patch? Which is better - everyone playing and enjoying the game without the minor stuff fixed, or a huge portion of your customers unable to even play? Like I said before, it's not like there was any major issues before that the patch fixed, only a huge great screw up rendering serious sim racers without a game! This is what is so frustrating.

Totally agree Soundmangt4. This really is a big f up on codemasters behalf. I really don't understand how this could happen. Surely before releasing your so called patch, someone would have tested it with the various peripherals available to the General public. Especially with a top brand like Thurstmaster. Where is the quality control? Was this patch tested? I guess we are the testers.

Shame, I spent 60 € and 180 € for the game for my Thrustmaster T-150, still to this day have not resolved, you have released an update without having it tested on flying Thrustmaster, now I find myself unable to play the game, please go back the old version to allow everyone to enjoy the game, then you have to have the beta testers for these things and to release updates only after they have been tested to perfection, how much longer we have to wait

It's easier said than done to roll back to the last patch, unfortunately. And even if we were to roll back, there's still no guarantee that the issue would resolve itself. We also have to bear in mind that this latest patch has fixed a number of issues affecting a lot of users - and to roll back would re-introduce these problems again for those players. It is an avenue we're exploring, and it's not something we're going to rule out - but we're in touch with Sony at the moment and assessing the best way to go about this. As soon as I have more concrete info, I'll come straight back here to keep you updated.

What issues that the patch has fixed are there that are worse than a large portion of your users not actually being able to play the game? Leaderboards not displaying properly?  That's it AFAIK? Not exactly deal breakers!
And as for the comment that rolling back to a previous patch not fixing the issue is complete rubbish. Anyone who has reinstalled the game with internet connection disabled has said it's fine, so that's no argument. It's only this last patch that has ruined things.

Hi guys ps4.
was set up with thrust master. T300rs turned on and usual problem of huge under steer happened twice. Then turned up sensitivity from 50 to 100 and took away hud. Now the game loads shows intro. Then doesn't start count down.. Even happens with the controller so can't start any game!

Also so deleted the game and re installed it in an effort to fix it. But was mortified. Seamed to loose my save game for a night. But was relieved to find it was all back today. So massive thanks for sorting that! Was raging last night.. Good luck. love it when it works.. Cheers JF

I bought a hard copy of dirt rally. It was fine at first, but now the main title page with all the championships and garage options won't load.

I did the PS4 update, after that I did a rebuilt of the PS4 database.
My T300 is now great , but I have to put it on (I presume) 345° (2 blinks led). I use controller to make presets and it works really fine :-)

It's good to play again !

I'm glad it's not just me that's found a difference after the update.

Hi ChristinaMc.....please can you advise as to what is going on with regards to the broken patch issued to the PS4 community  on the 16/6/16. I think an update too what's going on is required....It looks to me if another weekend is going to pass without any idea of what has happened and if a fix is soon approaching. Was the update from Sony any help to your patch being released soon? Please help.

Hello! So, in terms of an update: rolling back isn't what we're going to do, as we have a fix now ready. Once that's approved, we can nail down a time to push it out - so we're looking at days, rather than weeks, to get this fixed.

hello,

TH8RS doesn't work anymore after the ps4 update.

please help
Read the thread. The patch has ruined all Thrustmaster support. They have a fix supposedly but it could be a few days until it's approved and released. Everything should be back to normal after the fix is released, including your shifter!

Hi all, really happy to be delivering some good news to you today. The fixes for Thrustmaster peripheral hardware have been approved, and we'll be pushing the patch out at 14:30 GMT.

I'm going to set up another discussion thread pertaining to this specific PS4 patch - so please expect to see that very soon.

Downloaded updates. PT-BR co-driver instructions are still problematic for  Bidno Moorland, UK,  and a few other stages in Monaco. Please fix it.
Also, being able to download english version of the game in Brazil would be really great.
