Steam unreachable = Dirt Rally Crash 3 times in one week

Hi,
in the last week I had three crashes of Dirt Rally due to unreachable steam - once I got the MS Runtime Error 41 (what should be a steam issue) and two times it crashed with a black sreen and when I switched to the Desktop I saw a message window stating that steam servers are too busy and thus unreachable.
Since I bought Dirt Rally during early access phase I didn't have that issue once and after the release of the Console versions it happened three times!

Anyone else seeing this problem?
