What does it mean" content restriced profile " when you log into racenet global challenges?

  I been playing for  years never  seen this message  about "content restricted player profile  is signed in  and unable to  upload or download ghost cars  times."  First time  for everything; lol..  I get  this  message  on both  grid2  and   grid autosport  global  challenge  sign in  from  xbox 360.. It  seems  to  make it very  hard  to connect  to racenet and stay connected as well. Taking  3 or  more  times  to get  it  to  sign  in when  it  does..  I  have no clue  as  to why I am now getting this message. Any help  or ideas   would be  appreciated guys..

It means you have Child settings switched on on your 360.
