Which driver will win the F1 2016 World Championship?

Despite the crap first races for Hamilton, I still think he still has the edge over Rosberg over a whole season and I think he'll win it.

Ok first this is 2016 right because Maldanado doesn't race now PDVSA ran out of
Sugar? Milk? Tea Bags? Coffee? Bread? Peanut Butter? Deodorant? Ketchup? Honey? Time? 

The way? Cos if Maldonado was anywhere near me I'd run out of the way.

What did PDVSA run out of?! We must know!
