Brilliant idea, a beta test across all 3 platforms is something that has been needed for many years we can finally put this game through its paces and try to break it before it goes live so less chances of glitches and errors and if there are any they should be fixed hopefully before release if not a past almost straight after, finally codies are listening. This looks promising.

One would have to guess it's something to do with the way Sony sets up beta programmes that CM either couldn't sort out in time,  or just weren't allowed to.

One question; I've submitted the request, everything's fine, then I realise I'm in Australia. However, considering that 
Europe and Australia run the same version of PS4 consoles, I'm wondering if this is an issue. Any reply is helpful there.

Yes, as soon as you get the code you can download and start playing.
