I have i5 4690k and GTX 1070. F1 2015 on 1080p playing only with 20-35 fps in heavy rain. Workload gpu only 30%, cpu 80-90%. Its disappointed. I hoped minimum for 60 fps on any weather and max quality with this hardware
Is your power options in Windows turned up to 'High Performance' ? 90% CPU load is a little bit worrying though.
Yes, in Nvidia panel i turned it to High Performance.
You want say 90% CPU load in f1 2015 on max settings it is not normal? But i not overcloked it.
In gta V cpu always 97-100% load.., card 50-60.

How?? You have to get with this GPU over  150fps-200fps on ultra settings
With dry weather i have maximum 110 fps. Minimum 78.
Have you got decent cooling? It sounds like your CPU is either Thermal Throttling or its Bottlenecking. I did see somewhere that the i5 4690 does not like the 10 series GPUs

No, the game will crash if you attempt to run with that terrible hardware!

On another note, can I run the game on my supercomputer with these specs?

Intel Mega Core i27
128  GB RAM
30 TB HDD
Nividia GeForce GRX  3100 56 GB
LOL. You are kidding me too ,right . A faked GPU xD . A faked CPU . Faked RAM and faked disk . But nice devised xD . With a PC like that, when it would exist than YES you can run it on 1million FPS xD

Ok .Then I think it's a bug with the rain ,but still. Your PC is loud when you playing games?

I'm hoping to play with at least ultra-low settings. Can I run it? :P

Intel i7 6700K
16GB RAM
240GB SSD
1TB HDD
GeForce GTX 1070 8GB
How much did that pc cost you? That is the exact same setup I want to build.

Nice, by the time I actually build a pc, I am sure the gtx 1070 price will have dropped slightly. May have to go for a slightly worse CPU though.

Check you're running the latest chipset drivers and Graphics drivers. Maybe even a BIOS updates (Although risky)

I think they are updating or upgrading the graphics. I hope they will do it . Because it doesn't looks so good and maybe they used much time for the cars ,tracks ,career mode, multiplayer testing and I think they will do the graphics in the last 2-3weeks

Chipset drtiver? What is it? I need search it on motherboard site (Gigabyte) or on Intel site? Gigabyte offer only Intel Management Engine Interface and Intel INF installation  http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5021#dl

Chipset drivers help your OS get the most out of your motherboard. The exact noticeable effect may vary from "did something happen?" to "wow! it finally runs properly!" -- I remember a good fifteen years ago, neglecting to install chipset drivers was one of the most common performance issues that people just having built their first PC would run into, though it feels like the impact has lessened since then.

INF files are just simple text files used to install drivers on windows.. I've not heard of the other thing, though, a quick google search gives conflicting reports about it.

I'd go for the the INF download myself.

Yeah 16 gb is the way to go. You won't be needing more any time soon, but you can actually max out 8 pretty easily with newer games.

His CPU is kinda weak, had to look up the graphics card lol. Turns out it's an integrated laptop setup? Those are pretty much never good, and this game is oddly demanding. So I wouldn't count on it running to well. Could always buy it on steam and return it within 2 hours if it don't work lol.
