EskimosLegalny 0 Posted July 22, 2016 Hi, I've bought F1 2013 Classic Edition game for Xbox 360. I'm 100% sure that code for the Classic Edition content never been used. At first I wrote the code on the xbox website. Next the page informs me that this is the code for the Classic Edition content. I select "Accept" button, and then after few seconds I've got a message "something went wrong", and I'm unable to download this content. I've tried to use the code also directly from my console. Is there any way to fix my code or do something and get my content?
scottishwildcat 189 Posted July 22, 2016 Codemasters often seem to have problems with Xbox DLC codes, goodness knows what they do with them. My first and only thought really is whether the region for which your copy of the game was intended (N.America, S.America, Europe, etc.) corresponds to the region that your Xbox account is linked to? If they're different, that can sometimes cause vague error messages and download failures.Other than that, probably all you can really do is contact Microsoft, who will probably tell you to contact Codemasters, who will probably tell you it's something Microsoft need to fix... FRACTURED 30 Posted July 22, 2016 Is the DLC still showing as purchasable from XBL? Perhaps they take them down after a while, who knows. Probably not going to get an answer from Codies in here based on the past 6 or so months of activity.
