Do not buy the thrustmaster TX I bought mine in January of 2015 and since then I have had two brake on me, since then and they refuse to replace the second broken one. I'd go wit ha Logetic G920 if i had my time over, or, if you have the money, Fanatic Clubsport V2. Thats me advice

Really!? I've had my tx wheel since December 2014 and it performs just as good as it did when I got it, and I've never had it break on me.. The wheel is quite expensive but it is the best wheel you can buy

I bought a Thrust master TMX literally a week ago when I made a thread the exact same as this. It's the cheapest force feedback wheel you can get. Defiantly would recommend it after a week of playing with it

I've had a tx wheel for two years now and it's brilliant wheel, I've heard some people have had a bad time with a few of them but my own personal experience is that it's a solid and reliable wheel, it sorta sits in the middle for price.  The tmx is the entry level force feedback wheel, then tx then the price jumps quite a lot if you go for a fanatec, but a very good wheel too.

I think thrustmaster are bringing a direct wheel out soon (not sure when), but this will be pricey.

If you go thrustmaster, I'd also recommend getting the t3pa pedals or Pro t3pa pedals, they are much better than the standard plastic ones you get with the wheel.

Have you got the t3pa pedals? Is there really a big difference in the amount of precise pressure you can put on the pedals? I have a T150 and am maybe considering getting those pedals.

I have the Spider 458 wheel (around £70 in UK)

No force feedback but for £70 I think it is really good, smooth action, the pedals are nice.

All the buttons are nicely placed and work well - and its pretty red and black :)

I bought the pro ones and they are really strong and solid, there's not a great amount of difference in brake pressure as standard though, it's slightly harder but if you want more you can mod them with a load cell, I had one from Richmotech for a while but took it off and went for a stronger spring instead.
