Can't view fuel level and adjust mix at the same time

Recommended Posts

The fuel level only appears on the last page of the MFD, but the option to change fuel mix is on the first page. You end up having to cycle through the whole thing twice to check fuel and change the mix.

Indeed pretty annoying.. On a circuit like Melbourne without a long straight you don't even have time to cycle through it xD.
Had to flashback a couple of time because i completely missed my breaking point, watching the HUD.

There is pretty much empty space on the steering Wheel dash. An Info like remaining fuel belongs there! Wonder why Codemasters decided to Show us only Gear, Speed & RPM. It's like owning a 700+ € Smartphone and us it only to phone your wife when your @ home for lunch.

I think the old menu(s) worked a lot better than the MFD, simply because it was in the middle of the screen - and thus in the eyeline for you to still be looking down the road. With the MFD, I'm finding I really have to glace away from the road to read it. Bigger/bolder text would also help.

We have a fix for this in test at the moment and will get this out in a future update.

Wow, closed Beta-Test + internal Testing, and none of the Testers mentioned it?

Your current fuel load and engine setting is on the last tab together. Granted you need to change it on the first tab but they are displayed together.

Was picked up in beta testing, just not by the devs...

It was mentioned during the beta, good to hear it'll be changed :)  Though there is a pretty simple solution for this in the current build; tapping left or right on the D-pad is a shortcut to the adjustments page, and after you make an adjustment it returns to the last one you had open before that. So you don't have to cycle through them every time, you can keep an eye on one and still make adjustments.

on the PC you can change your fuel on any page, it will switch back when you move the dpad and automatically go back to the MFD page you were on before after a few seconds, you so you can be on the fuel page and change fuel level from there without any issues.
