Career Mode data corrupted PS4

Error Message:

6522DF69 - 6522DF69 - 2144DF1C

Tried saving game after running a practice program it was tyre management program. Game came up with an error message and booted me out the game restarted it and it says the above error message when loading the career mode again.

Luckily only in my 1st practice session in a 100% race weekend would be annoying for people who get much further in.

 Could you look into this and fix it please.
