No FL and no SC in quick race?

Sorry, if already mentioned elsewhere, i didn't noticed so far...
Safety car and formation lap is deactivated within quick races for me. Is that right, why?

Safety car I presume because more often than not, whenever it appeared,  you'd probably end up finishing the race behind it, which isn't much fun.

Formation lap I presume just because it would almost double the time taken to run the race, which kind of defeats the purpose of a "quick" race.

But actually disabling the options probably is a bit unnecessary, if those are the only reasons.

Have you tried 25% length?
I assume no!
Will not work well in a race that short
