CORRUPTED SAVE, SUBMIT TO DEV TEAM

Cant save my game it keeps asking me to rety. my settings save but actual gameplay does not such as career mode. if i'm lucky it will save but if i shut the game down and launch it i get the follow message 
CORRUPTED SAVE, UPLOAD: GHF6DG8J - RFHDR57U-DF6HJ8KL  (i MADE UP THE KEY TYPE CODE FOR SECURITY REASONS I AM NOT SURE)
YOUR SAVE GAME IS CORRUPTED
BEFORE ATTEMPTING A RECOVERY WOULD YOU LIKE TO SUBMIT YOUR CORRUPT SAVE TO THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM

I have tried uninstalling deleting everything related to F1 2016 also tried it on another harddrive, i just cant save or load saves. wish i could start playing this game, 10 hours on record, thats 10 hours of messing  :(

steam sync off that didn't fix it sadly :(
