[PC] How do you change Race Settings? [SOLVED]

Hi!

Where is the option for changing the race settings? I can only find it in-game via the "pause" menu and there it is greyed out. I can't even change the difficulty in a Quick race. 

At the moment I was testing out a championship season and I was looking forward to a formation lap and the Safety Car.. But in Race settings in-game (only place I can find it) they are turned OFF and greyed out.

They're on the screen that appears immediately after you select your team and driver, when the "Loading" message is showing. Note that there are three 'tabs' of information you need to switch between to get to all the settings, which wasn't the case in F1 2015.

Switch the Tabs while the race loads with F5 - F6.
Maybe you have a 144Hz Monitor? Submenus did not work with them!

ah.....Yes I was on 144hz.. changed it to 119 hz and it is solved.
