Jump start penalty problems

In an online race at brasil and australia, one of my friends jumped the start and got a drive through penalty. When he went into the pit lane to serve it at the end of the first lap, his car went straight into the pitbox and had tyres changed!? Then still had to serve the drive through penalty the next lap. But once he served it, we carried on racing to the end and found he had also been given a 7 second penalty!!! Now this is a worry what with league racing soon to start. Hope this gets fixed.
