[PC] Game freezing during loading screens.

I looked if there are other threads with my problem but couldn't find any.

So every time I load career mode the game freezes for a minute or two,then when I go to the practice session the game will do that again.That happens every time I go from the race track to the motor home and back.
Also happens after the race results when i try to look at the standings and after the formation lap.This issue has also caused a lot of crashing which is really annoying.

I'm playing at 1080p with medium/high graphics with no another lag issues.

(Some people say this happens to them mid race and the game keeps going on,but for me only during loading times and the game 'time' stops)

Ah yes sorry,totally forgot to post them.

CPU : i5-4460 3.20GHz

GPU : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti
RAM :8 GB
MB : Gigabyte H97M-D3H
OS : WIN 10 Pro
