Online Multiplayer Championship Bug

Recommended Posts

So first of all I'm new here, so hello to all of you.
And now to my question, Yesterday my mates and me drove our Multiplayer Championship race in Russia and started on the Softs.
In Lap 8 I went into the pits to get some Supersofts and got disqualified at the end of the race for seemingly not using two different tyre compounds.
Anyone else had the same thing happening to them?

Hi,

[EDITED BECAUSE WRONG INFORMATION WAS GIVEN]

PIRELLI ANNOUNCES COMPOUND CHOICES AND MANDATORY SETS
FOR THE 2016 RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX
Pirelli will bring the following three compounds to the fourth round of the 2016 Formula One season in Russia (April 28-May 1):
P Zero White medium
P Zero Yellow soft
P Zero Red supersoft
These are the tyres that Pirelli has said must be used at some point in the race:
One set of P Zero White medium
One set of P Zero Yellow soft.
Each driver must have both these sets available for the race, and must use at least one of them.

----

Supposing Codemaster implemented it right, you didn't use medium tyre so you got disqualified

Seems like you did respect the rules, so I don't know.

From looking at race strategies from this race, I saw that most of the field didn't use both of these compounds in real life. Only Ricciardo and Gutierrez went by this. I think that these 2 compounds must be made available for use in the race. They don't have to use them.
