Moderator f1since08 Posted July 18, 2014 Moderator Share Posted July 18, 2014 Two things from my source:One: Sutil will more than likely break the record of most races without a podium this weekend. The record is 119 held by him and Pierluigi Martini, but he could break that this weekend. Two: This will be Kobayashi's last race for Caterham. yugin96
One would've though Rosberg was the one under pressure.Edit: Well, in fairness, that did look an issue with the rear brakes.
RevolvingPrawn
Another braking issue. Well, another win for Rosberg tomorrow then.
yugin96
Lewis hasn't failed to get through to Q3 since Malaysia 2010? That's mighty impressive.
GoldenColt
Lewis is just not meant to win this years WDC. Shame, but nothing to be done about that. At least it's nice to see him win 5 races this season, and especially his home race two weeks ago. Lot of positives to be taken from this season so far. VetteIfan
It looks like Hamilton will be switching from Brembo to Carbone Industrie brake discs for the race tomorrow, on the grounds of safety. This is bad news for Hamilton on two levels. Not only will he have to start from the pit lane due to a specification part being changed, but being a heavy braker Hamilton is especially sensitive to the brakes being to his liking, so he may have trouble adjusting to CI brakes straight out of the box for the race tomorrow. AMSKRR
Rosberg to win tomorrow unless he has a car fault.
AMSKRR
Well it isn't obvious considering the Williams are behind.
GoldenColt
Yeah. because they've been a serious threat to Mercedes in so many occasions... especially with one of the Mercedes starting from pole.... not.
