Is there an Instruction Book or Manual for the F1 2016?

With all the Q&A on the forums and peeps wanting to know about certain controls, tactics etc I'm surprised to not find a manual of some type available for the game.

Does anyone know of some good reference materials for this series of game and F1 car tuning?

I admit I am a bit of a newb to F1. 

Wouldn't it be good to have a more in depth description for various aspects of the game as reference though?

There is a lot in the game that I am just guessing at (and I'm not only talking about car set up) and a guide would be very useful ... where else is there to learn the basics. The tutorials show very little.
