Baku Fuel Bug in Multiplayer

Hey there, noticed it amongst YouTubers videos as well - it appears multiplayer in Baku, the cars start with under +1 laps of fuel. Every other circuit is much more. 

I believe its a bug for that reason, it would be great if it was the same as the other circuits, but its not the biggest issue - just a little niggle.
