Thank you Codemasters

Instead of the irritating "like if you love F1 2016" posts, I would like to give a genuine thank you to @jennyannem @Britpoint and all the other developers of this game for providing what truly is the best F1 game to date. Despite all the small issues and bugs and all that people have enjoy whining about on the forums, I have yet to see someone really thank you for your efforts. The way you actively engaged with the community with the beta to try and provide us with the best possible game is brilliant, and despite all the negativity on the forums about pad inequality and other trivial matters, this game is truly fantastic and you all should be proud of what you delivered for us. In fact, the small complaints show just how good this game is because of how much you have gotten right this year!

To all the complainers,
I am not dismissing the complaints as irrelevant or unnecessary, as that is what this forum is for. But I simply suggest that we appreciate how much effort has gone into this and give them a break for at least a week. The game is not without its flaws, but we need not go on the offensive as this is invariably one of the best F1 games ever.

So thank you all!

Wooooot!!  Well done Codies. I am thoroughly enjoying 2016 so far. Sure, I have mentioned a few things that I think could be patched, but all in all I am very pleased with the package so far......still another 18 tracks to go on 100% Career Mode so looking for a smooth non-glitched run til the end.  ;)

What I would like to praise them on specifically, of which I mentioned the lack of during the 2015 season, is the realism of tyre wear graphics. The blistering is beyond belief, as I saw proof of after completely exhausting a set during a 90 minute practice session, and along with that, the diminished handling the more the wear.

I also think the tracks look more realistic, not just a plain grey, but more ridged surface on certain tracks I have encountered thus far, if only the vibration/rumble was there to suit on the straights, but hey ho.

I also love the fact that in wet conditions the inters and full wets are decidedly less grippy than in 2015. Previously I could bomb around tracks' bends making up loads of time, but in 2016, if you go too fast, even around the shallow curve of the main straight at Sochi, your car will yaw badly.

By the way, is there an indefinite air traffic control strike going on?  I haven't seen a plane fly over during the first four tracks thus far.  :p

I am sure I will take the opportunity during the rest of the tracks in my career to further my positive outlook, and maybe some comments of things that could be improved.  ;)
