"Please activate the main-game first"

Hey guys, I've got a problem..

I bought myself F1 2016 and I tried to install it now.
So, I picked the first CD and put it in.
I agreed to all the terms, made my steam account and so on.. Everything worked..
Then I entered my product key (still worked) but then I a window appeared saying "Please activate the main-game first".
I tried to put in all 3 discs but nothing happend.

Some products contain two codes - one for the game and another for the booster pack. Is there another code in the box?
