PC version Problems with screen view (no view of the circuit)

Recommended Posts

We have installed the game on our PC with windows 7. If we start any race for example the quick game we can not see the circuit from the beginning. So we hear the announcement of the race and see the additional written information such as the name of the circuit but not the circuit itself. If we than start the game we only see the red lights get off and the information of the board computer but no cars or the circuit itself. Even while we selected the cockpit view.

Can anyone please help because our son is very dissapointed with his birthday present!

When you say you can't see the track, are you just getting a black screen? Is anything else displaying correctly (people or HUD for example)?

Please post your PC specs here and we'll take a look.

Also, make sure you've been through the steps listed here at that might solve the issue for you, or give us more info to work with:

We don't see any people or cars but we do see some HUD. We only see some HUD so not the circuit itself or any cars.

What kind of PC specs would you like to receive?

@Hoo, this is similar to the issue I have been reporting, but for me it starts mid race or in the motorhome during career mode.
