Constant Career Mode Crashes (PS4)

Hi,

Got the game for PS4, everything was going great up until Baku FP3, where, trying to load into this session, the game consistently crashes, leaving me unable to continue my career mode.

I have backed up my save, re-installed the game (Digital Download) and tried again, but to no avail.

Anyone have any ideas to try and fix this?  Would rather not have to restart my career mode if at all possible!

I got the same problem but on Xbox one.
and no digital edition

Exactly the same issue for me on PS4.  First time was loading China (round 3), so started again and it happened again at Monaco (round 6) this time.  The only way around it is to start career mode again, but what is the point if it just crashes again.  Also, the crashing occurs whenever trying to do a Time Trial on a wet track (dry is fine).  Completely unacceptable for a premium game.
