PC Im not able to setup a track or race preferences.

Hi all, just purchased yesterday and tryin to have a play around , i am not able to see or adjust anything laps,damage,ai level ete etc on the screen i presume comes up before getting to the track, example. click quick race , choose italy, i get a loading screen wher i can see weather/session etc, but its not interactive, if i move the arrows and f5 f6 i can hear things moving but not see them, then when i press enter i get a green loading message and im in the track intro stage where by then session setting are locked other than the assists i can change ingame,

i have updated video drivers etc and just about to reinstall whole game

There is currently an issue with loading screen not displaying with high refresh rates. (144/165Hz)

Lower your monitor to 120Hz or less and you should get the menus back.

I'm getting this same error on my Acer Predator XB270HU.

Im running Windows 10 with a Strix 970 GPU.

Prior to the latest patch (1.20), I could access this menu that @qual mentioned above.

The formation lap and safety car are the two biggest additions to this game,m hope it gets fixed soon, us 144+hz players shouldn't be penalised like this.
