[MULTIPLAYER] I never find any lobbies! Help?

I was able to find a few only once, a few days ago. My internet connection is fine (11ms Ping, 20 mbps). What could be the issue here? Game is on steam.

I had the same problem until I changed my Steam region to U.K.-London. Still not a huge amount, but enough to be getting on with.
