[BUG] Two minor graphical glitches

Using nVidia GeForce GTX 660 1.5GB with latest 372.70 drivers.

Glitch 1: Sat in the pits during practice or qualifying, when you ask for the tablet to change your setup, your driver's right hand reaches up as normal, then briefly glitches out for a second before going back to normal. And then, when you've finished with the tablet, your drivers hands glitch out and disappear for a second, before they're both placed back onto the wheel.

Glitch 2: Bahrain, Race - ground shadows from 2 or 3 of the cars in front of me remained stuck to the track in their grid positions. Issue began at the beginning of the formation lap and continued on throughout the race for several laps.
