[BUG PS4 v1.03] Fireworks still showing in replay after race

@Lozzy Description: After finishing race at Bahrein GP in career mode, the fireworks are still showing in replay mode, even at race start.

@Lozzy another thing about the replays that you're probably aware of, but I haven't seen anyone mention it; if you rewind once or twice the smoke FX and sparks immediately disappear from the replay and don't return if you play it again at normal speed.

Hi @jayp666 we've looked in to it but it's not something we feel is necessary to be fixed in a patch. It looks a bit weird but it's not going to break your race and it's those kinds of issues we're trying to focus on.
