Patch Notes - v1.5.0

Well they said that they updated the appearances and they haven't,
Yes they have, but they never said they were going to update every little tiny detail. The Mercedes now has the new S-duct that everyone was moaning their faces off about before, and the black colouring that you noticed. (There may also be other changes, but we don't have the patch yet on PC and frankly I won't be bothering to check when we do.)

Yeah I noticed the S-Duct too, but for me I really want to see the struts where the wing connects to the nose changed.

Having just watched an AOR social race, the AI cars that take over from someone when they've left the session needs to be removed, the cars should be withdrawn from the track, it's too bloody dangerous when they're crawling along on the apex of corners, and horrifically spoils league racing. Get rid of them please.

And the slipstream effect needs to be nerfed a huge amount, it's ridiculously overpowered.

The Mercedes is the only one I've driven since the patch and it looks no different aside from before aside from the edge of both front endplates being black. The point of which the noise and the wing connect however is still how it was before the patch which is incorrect.


Look at the middle of the wing, the two struts connecting the wing to the nose are much closer than what they are in the game and the nose is a different shape.


Also these have not been added to the Mercedes either (the parts before the barge board, I'm not sure what they're called). 
You will also probably find that most of the sponsor decals on the cars in game are a few Millimeters out of position compared to Real Life.... it's an outrage.
I suggest you make a new thread and complain about that too....


But what about the children?? WONT SOMEBODY THINK OF THE CHILDREN?!?

I think the safety car issue needs to be addressed. When behind the safety car, the AI don't catch up to the safety car which leaves the rest of the field a couple seconds behind the leading group. The field should all be bunched up like in real life. I hope there will be a patch for this soon :D

Xbox 1.5.0 patch is not the same as ps4 1.5.0 patch u can manually look for multiplayer lobbies on the ps4 but can't on the Xbox this is just favouritism for ps4 .

Be glad you have the patch, we on pc still do not, better be one he'll of a patch

Many people are having problems with the game closing for desktop. You will have any solution?

The submission process in Japan takes a lot longer, I'm not sure why but it does so that means you get everything after everyone else I'm afraid. All I can do is apologise.

@naim786 it's just over 500Mb according to Steam when I go back from the new version I have to the one you guys currently have, don't shout at me if I'm wrong though please!

(PS4) Still think the gap between difficulty should be closed a bit. On hard in Australia i can top Q1 in the HAAS with a 1:30:777 with Nico 2nd on a 1:31, if i exit to main menu then change it to Expert my 1:30.554 sees me 17th with Nico 1st on a 1:28. The only assist i have is Med traction and anti lock brakes (while i get used to my new csr elite pedals). But regardless of assists or how fast i am, the times i set are almost identical but the times for the AI are WAY lower for just a jump of 1 difficulty setting. Its stopped me playing the game as i can either thrash my rival on hard or barely keep up on expert.

Please guys. Add more control bindings. So we can bind change fuel mix, tyre strategy, braking bias etc with the click of the button. Rather then tonns clicks of the buttons.
I have G29 and more then half of the onwheel buttons are without any binding. Please add advanced key bindings menu or something like that. So we can do so.

17th on the grid with a HAAS are quite realistic, but I agree the gap between difficulty levels should be no more than 0.5-1.0 sec, and I really hope Codies adjust the AI speed to be more consistent over all tracks,  AI timing at Australia is incredible hard to keep up with for example.
