Patch Notes - v1.5.0

I know you hear it all the time @Lozzy but what stuff are you now focusing on with regards to further patches. There does seem to be quite an on going issue with RnD, safety car and multiplayer.
Can I just add that I've also noticed that when driving against AI that they really do struggle to drive on the same part of the track when along side more then 2 cars. They seem to just serve for no reason. I know programing the AI against a few cars is probable hard, but I just wanted to point it out.

Players who pause are ghosted. Those who disconnect do not, that's both annoying and inconsistent :(.

What about trying to enjoy what we have? The new update just released that you're already asking about what's next... I mean, maybe even the bugs you're talking about are already fixed, so would be nice if you could experience it by yourself and let them some rest because they sure have worked really hard to give us such a patch. Be patient, I'm sure official words will come when they'll be sure what will be included. For now the focus is probably on monitoring this release and be certain it doesn't introduced new issues.

I have a big issue with evry steering wheel of any f1 car .It doesnt show what gear do i have it shows everything else but not the gear

@Lozzy Any idea if this issue is fixed?

When there is an incident in front of you and yellow flags are shown and you overtake the crashed car/cars in a matter of seconds because you are trying to avoide the accident you are given illegal overtakes. In real F1 this wouldn't happen unless you use the situation to overtake a few slower cars into the next corner...

This is very frustrating; perhaps introduce some lag between incident and showing yellows? Like, 3-5 seconds?

PS4 1.05 works fine so far. Did just a quick check. Timetrial and careermode (just continues where I left the game). Also the gears are visible on the wheel in all cockpit views. Didn't test MP. 

Again a great job of the dev team. F1 2016 was already great and bit by bit it's even getting better. Still enjoying the game/sim ;)  a lot.

Wan is the 2 till 4 multiplayer mode coming back so you can play offline whit your buddy's at home

Will this affect career mode? Like for example I'm on S2 and Ferrari are the quickest car followed by Haas. That won't change will it? @lozzy in the next patch v1.6.0 is it possible to add more helmet design's you can customize maybe 20 different design as part of a small DLC? I'd be happy to pay for it as long is there is a bit more selection to chose from. Great game by the way :)

I have spotted something that seems not right. I have done my times in Q3 using soft tires (yellow) in Hungary GP and got P9. When I went to race my car was set with super soft tires (red) and can't be changed. It was supposed to be set with soft ones (yellow).

It happens in Carreer mode, season 1. I am at Renault. Difficult expert. PS 4 patch 1.5.

Your tires in Q3 have nothing to with the tyres you start on.

You have to start the race with the tires used on your best lap in Q2.

So probably you did your fastest time in Q2 on Super Softs

1. Change helmet at the News season career.
2 possibilty to have the number 1 if you won championship career
3 name and number on overalls 
4 sponsor un the car ( ray- ban on Ferrari for exemple)
5 ocon in the Manor 
6 number on the helmet in career( posibility to choose the place and color)

Can we get a patch for the following:
1. A patch to allow you to choose to have the number 1 plate in career mode if you win the world championship. I imagine this would only be a small patch, but would be a nice reward for winning the title.
2. like the warm up lap, a patch to allow you to do the victory lap on your way back to the pits post race

Whilst I believe the above adds nothing of substance to the game given the other issues that have been raised; something to consider for the "immersion" side of things perhaps in much later patches or for 2017 would be to have (perhaps in Ultimate mode) the requirement to collect a defined weight of rubber during the warm down lap.

Hello, I have a question to ask regarding F12016. When I wanted to set my nationality/region I realized that my country, Iran, isn't mentioned among the list of countries. And I was shocked to see countries like North Korea, Lebanon and Nicaragua!!!

Can you tell me that how many North Koreans have access to internet, gaming console and F12016?!

The only reason you mentioned Azerbaijan is because they're in the F1 calendar. Azerbaijan as a nationality wasn't mentioned in any of the previous games!

Iran, as the 18th-largest country in the world. With 78.4 million inhabitants, is the world's 17th-most-populous country. With the majority of them have access to both gaming consoles and internet!

I mean no disrespect or offense, but this is just stupid!

If it was a couple of years ago, I would've said it's because of international sanctions, but for the past year, they have been lifted as well.

So, my question is, why Iran is not mentioned in your game?!

Ever since patch the gears are not visible on the steering wheel, as I use cockpit mode it is vastly frustrating! Also have seen a couple of headless mechanics wondering round my car at the start as well, bizarre to say the least! 
This game was great until the patches started getting added, do you not stringently test them before putting them out??? It's ridiculous and has ruined what was once a decent game, it's like deja vu with 2015...
