Bug I found In F1 2016 Career mode

Recommended Posts

I was running a full race today on Catalunya. I was about half way though the race when the batteries in my XboxOne Elite Controller went dead. I got no warning from the XboxOne nor the game. Then all the sudden the car veered right and slammed into the wall. Then after the impact the game then said that the controller had been disconnected. The frustrating part about this was I run full race along with simulation for damage with no rewind's. So once I hit the wall my race was done which is rather frustrating. I also have a video of this if you would like to see it. Is there anything I can do on the game to address this so it does not happen again?

I'm not really an expert with controllers, but I don't think you would get any warning about your batteries dying, although I don't know how the XboxOne Elite Controller works. I don't think there is anything you can do inside the game to prevent this, as it's more related to the controller itself.

How is batteries dying on your controller anything to do with the game, never mind a career mode bug?

The controller is a console issue so the delay in recognising it was off is nothing we can help with, sorry!

The only work around I can offer is to plug your Xbox One pad in to the console with the appropriate USB cable so it cannot run out of power .
