i cannot play my dirt 3.

Recommended Posts

First of all, english is not my main so i'll try my best to explain what happend.
i bought dirt 3 a long time ago maybe 3 years al ready, and it was trough steam. I had a mail that was working with my microsoft account or that account that worked with that platform i dont really remember. The thing is that mail god hacked and i cannot retrieve information because @hotmail is a lil' of a trouble when it comes to recuperate your accounts. Now i can create a new acc and all that but i cannot play with my key and my progress and cars con it was saved to the older account that i cant touch... it pretty much means that i loosed everything even the game cuz i cannot save anything in the free triel version sorta thing that they let me play.
I hope somebody can help my to get my key o maybe report this to a hight representativ that actly will help me cuz i do really like that oldschool rally/ghymkana/hardcore carsgame that was dirt 3.
i'm sorry if this is not the place to post this, i'm just new to this forums, if not pelase move my thread to the place it should be sorry.

If you bought it in Steam, you should still have the game. If I understand correctly, you cannot access you GFWL account, right? Last year Codies added Steamworks support to DiRT3 and released the Complete Edition. Before that, in the old version, you needed a GFWL accound, to play DiRT3, now with the new one, you don't. Everyone, who had the old GFWL version on steam recieved the Complete Edition for free (check your Steam library, there should be both). Since the new game used Steam back end and not GFWL, the saves couldn't be transfered over sadly. To be fair though, it doesn't really take that long to finish the game and you do get new cars and a few new locations (Yokohama and Monte Carlo)

It's actually Shibuya which is the famous district in Tokio, but who's counting it anyway, eh?
It's actually spelled "Tokyo," but hey, what does it matter?  ;)

Ha, just pushing your buttons. Still, knowing two languages makes you better off than me - I only know English.

They are next to Tokyo (not sure if it's a part of Tokyo or a separate district or whatever, but it's close)
