Can't sign in to GFWL, can't play due to no save

Up until today I haven't had any issues with DiRT 3, today I go to sign in and I'm greeted with this.

I've been looking online for a solution all day but nothing seems to work. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling DiRT 3, GFWL and even .NET Framework

Here's the login error the GFWL Market gives me in which I've also tried all the solutions I can find
