Best joypad for F1 2016

Hi to all,  I'm runing the pc version of the game,  and I use the xbox 360 joypad. I ask you what is the best joypad for F1 2016?

I have both the 360 and xbox one controller. Sadly the Xbox One controller doesn't use the vibrating triggers on PC. I also prefer the 360 triggers for acceleration and braking as it's less sensitive.

Elite has very nice sticks, you can program the sensitivity of the sticks in an app on Xbox and it will save those settings on the controllers profile if you then play on PC. You have two profile's to play with.

The sticks are stronger than on the originals, but if you are the kind of person who uses a lot of pressure despite it making no difference (like me) they are prone to analogue drift just like the standard controller...its just a lot less likely to happen. You can crack the little connector to the analogue  unit I have read, though mine is okay so far.

Its heavier than your standard pad but feels nice. You have the 4 paddles underneath which are good for certain games but I haven't found the knack of using them yet for gear changes etc. I'm just using one at the moment for look behind which I can flick with my pinky,
