Corrupted save file PS4

So the game crashed on me when I was returning to a championship. Now the save file is corrupted it says. Is there any way of getting it working again?

So I did the database rebuild on my PS4 system and it did the trick!

Power off the system > Hold powerbutton until you hear a second beep > Select rebuild database from the menu > Cross fingers and hope it works ...  > Bonus: Back up your save! 

Just thought someone might be interested out there.
