CM - Great game F1 2016 is but can you add this for more realism

Recommended Posts

When driving, we should be able to feel via force feedback in wheel or controller, bumps, uneven surface , etc... that would make the driving model so much more realistic

I was driving Race Factor 2 before getting F1 2016. If RF2 had the full track schedule and liveries (you can find the tracks from modders but some of them are unplayable), I'd still be driving there. Occasionally I go back to rf2 and I marvel at how you feel the bumps in the track. The uphill after the first turn at Spa is a prime example. It is so rough there, it almost shakes your sim teeth out of your sim head. Everyone has little preferences that would make the game better for them, and I agree with you about the track feedback.

This game isn't quite a simulator though so it's unlikely they'll go that hardcore with FF. Since its a simcade, they'll likely never add this.

To some extent it's in the game, I got surprised when I first drove in Hockenhein and felt the bumps on the tarmac surface in turn 13 entering the stadium.

Not for anything I but I think this game does a lot better job at providing F1 based haptic feedback regarding curbs and surface undulations through the car's chassis and drivetrain than does the Forza Motorsport series.
