Just buy an Xbox 360.That is the only solution that I know of currently.
OP is clearly asking for it to be added to the Backwards Compatibility program. This kind of response is stupid.

why should it license problems, the game was already created
Licenses aren’t always indefinite. The original Forza Horizon already exists too, but Microsoft recently had to stop selling it (and its DLC even if you already own the game) because some of their licenses only allowed them to do certain things with certain assets for a certain amount of time.

He's asking the wrong company. Needs to ask Microsoft/ Xbox. They even have a website that lets you request games for backwards compatibility.

So far there isn't many people out there voting for F1 games

F1 2010. 654

F1 2011. 684

F1 2012. 805 the best in my opinion for dynamic weather

F1 2013. 2138

F1 2014. 960

@Lozzy @Britpoint whats the story when it comes to allowing backwards compatibility does it come down to Microsoft with your approval or does the licensing of the F1 series every year make the situation more complicated than that when allowing such a thing?

Can I update, Micrsoft have made F1 2014 compatible, after reaching just over 1000 votes. F1 2010 may be on the way.

If they are gonna make backwards compatible any game I'd give my vote to 2013 as it's the last game in this series I enjoyed league racing on.

Ofcourse 2014 has been done. We all know 2013 won't be done because to get the classics for 2017 I suppose they had to end the rights to use them and sell them for 2013 (or contract simply ended who knows). Then 2010 and 2011 are pretty old and require some pretty old features on xbox etc.. to work, however I wouldn't count them out if they still have the rights to some of the features in these games. (With liberty being the way they are now I think it is an actual possibily for them to be able to do that)
F1 2012 is the most interesting one whilst also the most likely I suppose. Not that I see any reason for them to do it, but I don't see why not either. I really liked the game at the time (purely cause it was my first and I had never driven a racing game other then GT5 before).

Also finally answering your question I suppose it would probably be more just Microsoft allowing it, which they have no reason not to. And the F1 licensing is very complicated purely because it is effectively the re-marketing of the product and some teams may also not be able to give rights anymore as they are no longer affiliated with sponsors from back then. Ie: McLaren and Vodafone or Ferrari and Santander.

The Estoril, Imola and Brands Hatch league races were great. So much fun having different, old school tracks. What was the other one? Jerez?
