[PC DiRT 3: CE] Can we PLEASE get a hotfix for the proper push-to-talk support in multiplayer?

The game is alive once again thanks to HumbleBundle giveaway. So this issue is back on the table. Why do we still not have a hotfix for a proper push-to-talk support in multiplayer? Or at least an option to mute our mic? I can't even play a proper multiplayer with other random people while partying with my friends, because there's 4 of us chatting in Discord and at the same time we will annoy other players that don't know how to or can't mute us. This is ridiculous. Can we please get some kind of hotfix or a patch to address this issue? I assume Steam Voice settings should affect the game but the game simply ignores them.

In the lobby you can mute other people individually or all together. If they're annoyed, they can mute you, if they don't know how, it's kinda on them not you. Of course it would be nice to have an option for push to talk or mute your own mic, but it's not that bad as is
