I did a reverse image search on the picture and came back as Aurora aka Northern lights, so it could be a Finland stage seeing as the stage looks like gravel?

That's just because it's seeing similar effects in the picture, i don't think you'll get too far doing it that way.

I'm hoping for early access 2.0 because part of DiRT Rally's succes was it's early access program. But yeah, probably some sort of announcement stream or a teaser or so.
