It's not in the options screens, but there is a benchmark feature.

I'm running an i7 4770k, GTX970, 16GB RAM and running it on high preset with 70fps (drops to 50 in a couple of places but nothing major)

poland is just genius full stop ! the feel of playing on it cant be seen on the video. but through the wheel on the gravel its amazing. the escort mk2 in the campaign and poland it almost rallying perfection for a video game. i had full hardest settings with ai and it is really challenging. even almost perfect runs id lose. obviously new to the game but challenging and fun with almost gravel perfection ! really makes you feel like you driving !

Oh, *close enough* configuration to mine. Although I hope it does run as well on older i7 2600k. And I still have time to upgrade my GPU till 22nd of February :)
