The presentation was very slick, that was the main thing I remembered. Always loved having the globe and then zooming in on the specific location.
You could swap out video footage with in-game footage  of the standard in the official DiRT Rally trailers and it would still look pretty good imo.

I would love the rally location introduction videos that were in CMR 2.0. They really put you into the mood of the location more.

iRacing seem to be using EasyAntiCheat software to tackle the old problem.  Seems quite robust and bespoke

Outsourcing the anti-cheat measures to 3rd party developers is not uncommon. Punkbuster for example. They pay the license for it, but it's being constantly improved, while game devs can concentrate on the game instead of banning those critters.

Easy Anti Cheat is pretty awful from what I've heard about it through the Counter-Strike community.

I've seen leaderboards that make this one seem like a cheater free place. I never mentioned I mean only DR leaderboards -_-

Hello hello, just noticed the graphic for Lancia Delta S4 setups.
We have ourselves the Esso/Exxo livery from DiRT 3.
So along with the Computer Vision Metro 64R, we have another livery in the workshop thumbnails that's not actually in the game.

I think pure patches/fixes are released as soon as they are ready (and tested), rather than to a schedule the way the EA content updates were. That was true for during EA as well. They don't have to follow a Steam schedule either.
So could be any time, though Friday/Saturday/Sunday are always unlikely.
