I think autsport was announced April 22 and released in late June.

So Jan 28 and March XX would make sense.

Autosport was really just a reshuffled version of Grid 2 with blurred cockpits. You'd be best to use Grid 2's announcement timeline (announced Aug 2012 & released May 2013)... unless you want DiRT 3: Autosport with blurred cockpits.

Well said @‌supravoxall  hopefully we get a popper game the 1st time around Grid 2 (Grid Showdown) missed the mark pretty bad in my opinion. credit Codies for trying to act fast to make things right.

It would be nice to get something really polished right out o the box for D4.

I am sure we are going to see this via racenet as they incorporate that into the Dirt series

I just hope they do not have the garage and level up system for cars that we see in Autosport, It is infuriating that you can not tune a car unless you spend every waking moment of every day in the game.

Hello! My dream is that Codemasters brings Rally School back, like Colin Mcrae Rally (first one). Rally School gives simulator feeling. I also like if Codemasters put more 1960 rally cars. DiRT 3 had those cars, but those cars could be more. And my last dream is, that Codemasters can someday bring back Colin Mcrae name.

I've not been a fan of recent Milestone productions, but I do welcome an announcement of a rally game. Hopefully, Seb Loeb's will have a contractual right to prevent release if the game is poor :pensive: 

Interesting comment about the WRC licence, I thought some French company were awarded the job by Big Ben Interactive?

Maybe some competition will make Codies throw all of their Southam HQ resources at next DiRT :) 

I've had a look at Codies Careers website following some sad recent departures and it looks pretty interesting. There is a maternity cover position and that's it... There are four quite senior positions at the Birmingham studio and open ad for any programmers (up 60k salary :O, very impressive).
I seem to remember a big recruitment drive +6 months ago.

Two days ago I've checked open positions at Kuala Lumpur and there were two pages, but now there aren't any! The page for Malta is also empty right now.

I hope Codies are not in too bad of a shape, but perhaps suggestions that sales for the last two titles were below expectations are true. I know very little about this all, but we're over 12 months into next-gen, which are now current-gen, and Codies need to get on the PS4/XO bandwagon. A DiRT game with a bow towards the vision/content of CMR may be the answer.
